APT Management is a fast growing Physical Therapy Company, overseeing and managing more than 70 Physical Therapy clinics throughout Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Washington DC.
The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for every level of companywide billing and revenue collection. The Director will oversee two Billing Departments and manage a team of 45 employees. This position is available at our Glen Burnie MD corporate office location and will require some travel to our Virginia office.
Position Requirements;
- Undergraduate degree is required
- Masters in Healthcare Administration or MBA preferred
- Have the ability to oversee two billing departments in Maryland and Virginia
- Management experience to oversee the work of 30 employees
- Knowledge of Medical Billing and Insurance Submission is required
- Ability to manage personnel issues and staffing issues
- Will need to evaluate workflow processes and recommend improvements
- Familiarity with billing, accounting, Business Intelligence Software preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Required
- Be available 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (No Weekends)
- Travel requirement minimal - Visit Virginia office once per week (Burke, VA)
- Experience in Healthcare Administration highly preferred
