Account Executive – Business Wireless Sales
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for major business wireless customers. This role is responsible for sales, retention, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on acquiring new business within the company's wireless footprint.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, retention, and overall customer experience for assigned business wireless customers while actively pursuing new activations.
- Maximize customer retention by cultivating strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for growth within new and existing business accounts.
- Balance customer retention efforts with aggressive new business generation.
- Identify challenges and develop strategies to improve ease of doing business within the wireless industry.
- Meet or exceed sales targets related to customer retention and growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and appointment setting.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and foster business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred:
- College degree and experience in outside B2B sales.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
