Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and engage with new clients to create installation and service opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive ongoing business.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct customer site walk-throughs, perform system assessments, and identify security needs. Provide tailored system designs, accurate estimates, and detailed proposals for both installations and service opportunities.
- Sales Leadership: Be performance-minded, self-confident, and goal-oriented, consistently working toward achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Consultative Site Surveys & Proposal Writing: Lead site surveys to understand customer needs, design customized security solutions, write proposals, and present recommendations in a way that solves customer challenges.
- Exceed Sales Goals: Demonstrate a competitive spirit, drive results, and continuously push to exceed sales targets with the potential to earn a six-figure income, with no commission caps.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within the electronic security industry
- Consultative sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
