🌟 What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring their success through personalized service and tailored staffing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Provide regular reporting and insights on account health and performance
- Conduct in-person client visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success
- Comfortable and confident in client-facing roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and market development
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Prior staffing industry experience is a huge plus

- Base salary uncapped weekly commissions
