Our client is looking to bring on a long term contractor, with the possibility for full time hire in the next year. As a contractor you will have the opportunity to opt into benefits while on Apt's W2, such as Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Our client is looking to bring on a Digital Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle for digital website and mobile app solutions. You’ll oversee product planning, feature prioritization, user stories, and delivery coordination, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value.
- Work with support teams to identify and address issues.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and design reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in product management processes.
- Lead product demos for internal stakeholders.
Skills needed for success:
- Hospitality or Retail industry experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field is a plus, or relevant work experience
- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe).
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive product decisions using data.
