We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to join our dynamic, remote team. This is a hands-on role focused on the integration of various systems and applications, with a key emphasis on technical documentation and process improvement. You'll play a critical role in shaping the organization’s integration strategy and execution, driving projects from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and support integrations between various business applications, internal systems, and external partners.
- Technical Documentation: Create, maintain, and update detailed documentation for integration processes, API usage, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Application Integration: Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications and technologies into existing systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business units, developers, and external vendors to define integration needs, gather requirements, and ensure that integration projects meet business goals.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Lead integration testing efforts, identify issues, and resolve any integration-related challenges that arise during deployment.
- System Improvements: Analyze and improve existing systems, ensuring that integrations enhance efficiency and minimize disruptions to current processes.
- Technology Focus: Leverage technologies such as Python, SQL, and API protocols to create robust integrations and automate tasks.
- Project Management: Support project planning, execution, and timeline management for integration initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and database management.
- Solid understanding of API protocols, including REST, SOAP, and related integration technologies.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., SQL Management Studio, Visual Studio, SAS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) and systems integration best practices.
- Documentation: Proven experience in creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly technical documentation for integration workflows and system configurations.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with business units, developers, and vendors.
- Project Management: Experience supporting integration projects and working with project management teams to meet deadlines and business objectives.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
