Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert, driving operational excellence and efficiency across multiple teams.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering skill growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
- Collaborate with architects to design, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge network infrastructure solutions.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support and enhance the overall success of the network infrastructure.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Industry-recognized network certifications or extensive hands-on experience with network technologies.
- Advanced understanding of the OSI model and L2/L3 routing protocols, including BGP.
- Strong experience with network platforms like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN concentrators.
- Proficiency in Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, F5 products; experience with A10 is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience with Cisco routing and switching.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., sniffers) and network management platforms like ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
