Overview :
The Business Analyst / Project Manager will be responsible for defining and managing business requirements for platform enhancements. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring successful project execution. The role requires a strong blend of business analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Work with stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Project Management : Develop project plans, manage timelines and resources, and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Feature Design : Assist in the design and documentation of platform enhancements, including user management and workflow improvements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Coordinate testing efforts to ensure that new features meet business needs and perform as intended.
- Training & Support : Create training materials and provide post-launch support to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Continuous Improvement : Gather user feedback, monitor system performance, and recommend enhancements to improve the platform.
