About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of software projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong background in requirements gathering, wire-framing, and cross-functional team coordination.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business needs, functional requirements, and user stories.
Wire-framing:
- Utilize wire-framing tools (e.g., Sketch, UXPin, Figma, Adobe XD) to create prototypes and visual representations of software design and user experience.
- Refine wireframes based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Align project objectives with business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
Team Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
- Facilitate team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Provide regular project updates and promptly address stakeholder concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee testing processes to ensure that final products meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather feedback before release.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to project scope, timeline, or budget constraints.
- Develop proactive mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Documentation:
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirement specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for all stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications are a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in project management within the software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, agile development practices, and software engineering principles.
- Experience leading teams and executing projects under tight deadlines.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development, product management, and user experience design.
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
