We are seeking a skilled Software Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce and Fiserv products to lead the design and implementation of banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, and enterprise architecture, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce CRM, Fiserv core banking systems, and other financial technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions integrating Salesforce and Fiserv products.
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for digital banking initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture documents, roadmaps, and best practices for integrating Salesforce and Fiserv systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT leadership to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive API strategies, middleware integrations, and data flow between Salesforce CRM, Fiserv banking platforms, and third-party financial systems.
- Oversee the development of custom applications, workflows, and automation within Salesforce and other integrated banking platforms.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, FFIEC, etc.) and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, DevOps engineers, and solution architects.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging FinTech solutions, cloud technologies, and banking APIs to enhance banking operations and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in software architecture (a focus on banking and financial services would be a plus)
- Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud) and understanding in Fiserv banking solutions (DNA, Signature, Cleartouch, Premier, or related products).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware solutions.
- Experience with .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance regulations in banking.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI-driven banking automation and customer engagement solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data lakes, and analytics in banking.
- Familiarity with blockchain, digital identity solutions, or real-time payments in banking.
Salary : $45 - $75
