Responsibilities
- Writing procedures for new processes as well as revising and writing new procedures for processes already in place.
- Writing test protocols and summary reports for testing products for existing and potential customers.
- Overseeing testing some products for existing and potential customers.
- Reviewing and signing certificates of analysis.
- Optimizing the quality system for CSP Technologies, Inc. in the areas of data retrieval, data storage, raw material handling, and storage.
- Performing research projects to assist in the development of new products.
- Evaluating data from production, research, and experiments and putting them in a presentable format for customers of and for use by CSP Technologies, Inc.
- Managing complaints and corrective actions including discovery of root cause.
- Reviewing batch / lot records and release of product that will ship to customer.
- Interfacing with customers as part of a team; ensuring timely, effective and responsive support to customers.
- Supporting customers through information sharing, research, special projects, samples and audits.
- Improving and updating product and packaging specifications and making sure they are adhered to.
- Leading and coordinating special projects to support and promote quality and productivity at CSP Technologies, Inc.
- Handling and prioritizing multiple assignments.
- Consistently hitting scheduling targets.
- Independently identifying and executing projects within an assigned area or responsibility.
- Promoting 5S in manufacturing areas.
