Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the P&C Insurance space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for P&C Insurance projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams, and vendors, to define and implement solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create detailed use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on P&C Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes, policy administration, claims, and underwriting.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
