What are the responsibilities and job description for the Complaints Handler position at ApTask?

Pay Rate : $25.00 / hr on w2

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, analyst, project management or coordination, or implementations or related field.

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration :

Bachelors in Communications, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent 3 years of experience.

Experience managing multiple projects, implementations or releases simultaneously.

Basic Excel skills including building simple sheets, sorting, filtering, text formatting, and highlighting.

Excellent communication skills, strong written and verbal skills.

2 years of experience working in a time-sensitive environment driven by project timelines and deadlines.

Create and publish complaint reporting to establish trends, determine root cause, and develop a corrective action plan.

Produce and present quarterly consumer complaint analysis to the TRS Board of Directors

Salary : $25
