Rate Range : $45K-$50K / Annum

Job Description :

  • Should have 5 years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration
  • VPN Connectivity / Installations
  • Hardware Setup / configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
  • Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
  • Office 365 basic troubleshooting
  • Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing
  • Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies :
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
