Job Description :
- Should have 5 years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration
- VPN Connectivity / Installations
- Hardware Setup / configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
- Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
- Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
- Office 365 basic troubleshooting
- Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing
- Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies :
- Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
