- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.
- Working with end-users to resolve issues.
- Providing updates to management as needed.
- Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
- Overall, 1.5 years of experience should this person have
- Certification Requirements: A /Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac.
- 3-4 years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers.
- Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management.
