Job Description:
- Overall 2 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
- Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
- Provide On-Site Deskside Support
- A Client OEM Laptop/Desktop experience required
- Consultative approach to solving issues
- A Certification and Software/hardware breakfix
