Must have:
- Good Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
- Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service
- Min 1.5 years desktop support experience is needed.
- Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site.
- Warranty Dell support.
- Certification Requirements: A /Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac
- As this is driving position so traveling Varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated.
