Job Description:
Primary day-to-day responsibilities:
- Creating and resolving Desktop issues For Client Employees Onsite and Remote.
- Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
- Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status.
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
- Great Customer Service
- Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
- 12 -24 months of experience have in Enterprise Desktop Support.
- CompTIA A is good to have but not required.
