Experience preferred:
- 1-2 Years relevant experience in the IT technical support for desktops, and networks is a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- General knowledge and experience with at least one desktop imaging software package preferred
- General knowledge of TCP/IP networks and WindoL
