Job Description :
- The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning materials that support employee growth,
- technology initiatives and business operations, career development, and the rules and regulations that govern the workplace.
- The ideal candidate must understand foundational instructional design models, manage (other instructional designer) team members, collaborate with subject matter experts, and be able to leverage the latest technologies to produce engaging and effective adult learning content with impactful, measurable goals.
