- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, focusing on Spring Boot, message queuing (MQ), Kafka, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management is essential for this role.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and services for seamless integration across systems.
- Implement and manage message queues (MQ) and Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD teams to streamline deployment and ensure efficient code releases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices and standards.
- Optimize SQL queries and ensure robust database interactions for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to meet business needs.
- Proven experience in Java development (3 years) with a strong understanding of Spring Boot.
- Experience with message queuing systems (MQ) and Kafka for messaging and streaming processes.
- CI/CD pipeline experience and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries, optimization, and database management.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
