Job Description:
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare market with Medicaid and Medicare business.
- Must have USA Healthcare domain knowledge
- Strong working experience of TriZetto’s QNXT or Facets application, web and mobile applications.
- Extensive working experience of QNXT’s Claims, Provider, Contracts, Member, Benefit Plans & Application support modules
- Strong working experience in Claim processing and Benefit Validation
- Good understanding of QNXT dB schema. (QNXT Plan Data / Plan Integration)
- Good to have Custom Solution testing experience
- Exposure/Experience with Manual and Test Automation.
- Good to have working experience of Claim Test Pro (CTP) tool.
- Good to have knowledge of Bugzilla and Azure DevOps
- Strong SQL skills(Queries, Joins on tables n all).
- Project Test Planning & Management across all projects
- Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, requirement analysis and all STLC lifecycle.
- Co-ordination with end-user/stakeholders
- Investigate & resolve production issues
- Reporting of execution progress along with risks, issues and defect
- Ability to Translate Business Requirements Into Functional and Technical Requirements
- Ability to Clearly and Concisely Communicate to All Levels of an Organization
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes.
- Develop strategies to improve service development life cycle and governance processes.
- Ability to work in onsite offshore model
- Leadership qualities and should be able connect with stakeholder.
- Also able to handle offshore team, allocate & tracking of tasks and co-ordination within whole team.
