Job Description:
- Expertise & knowledge in Retirement areas DC retirement products, retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL etc), retirements planning, transaction processing like Participant Onboarding, Contribution / Record Keeping / Payroll Servicing / Complex Events / Roll over / Exchanges / Compliance Testing etc
- A strong background in product management, UI or data warehouse projects will be beneficial.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
- Agile Certification will be beneficial
- Knowledge in Health and Benefits (H&B) will be a value add.
