Job Description:
Must Have Skills:
- 5-8 Years experience as BSA writing Business/Technical requirements.
- Salesforce Admin. Certified with strong Salesforce experience.
- Basic OmniStudio Knowledge
- STM - Data Mapping Experience
- Integration of Salesforce with other disparate systems (Able to figure out the scenarios of paths)
- Knowledge of Visio, ARIS or similar process mapping tool
- Basic MuleSoft Knowledge
- Experience writing SQL Query
- Banking Experience - Sales cloud, service cloud, Marketing cloud,
- Strong knowledge on Agile Model - Jira and Confluence
