Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented Sourcers and Junior Recruiters to join our Kharadi, Pune office. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for USA-based clients using LinkedIn, premium resume portals, and other tools.
- Create and execute advanced Boolean search strings to find top talent.
- Engage with candidates through personalized emails, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Utilize tools like ChatGPT or similar AI platforms to enhance candidate engagement and communication.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (JobDiva experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
- Work in alignment with EST shift hours to support USA-based clients.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques for LinkedIn and other resume databases.
- Excellent written communication skills to draft personalized emails and SMS.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for candidate engagement is a huge plus.
- Experience with JobDiva or other ATS platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in our Kharadi, Pune office (this is not a remote position).
- Willingness to work in EST shift hours to align with USA client requirements.
