This role is integral to the support and advancement of our video management system capabilities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit to drive innovation and operational success within our video management systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture of the Video Management System (VMS).
- Design a robust VMS topology tailored for client needs using Genetec Security Center.
- Facilitate VMS to VMS integrations and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and implement proof of concepts to demonstrate value to the customer.
- Strategically plan and execute software deployments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Generate comprehensive documentation and Visio diagrams for all video environments.
- Oversee the deployment of IP and Analog camera equipment.
- Provide advanced support for video management system post-deployment.
- Design video solutions that seamlessly connect to stakeholder systems and cameras.
- Manage system storage allocations and server environments.
- Lead project management for client equipment and field deployments.
- Execute system-wide upgrades to enhance the VMS system.
- Deliver Level 3 Support for the VMS system.
- Collaborate with the Genetec development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct onsite and remote training sessions for clients as required.
