We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Analyst for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
About the role
As a GTM Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will be at the center of the company’s strategic planning engine, supporting high-impact projects that shape how Sales, Marketing, and Services go to market. You’ll analyze market trends, model revenue potential, and help operationalize annual planning processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to gain exposure to executive decision-making and drive meaningful impact.You’ll report to the Director of GTM Strategy & Planning and work collaboratively with leaders across GTM functions to support territory design, ICP development, forecasting, and market segmentation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and segmentation exercises to inform GTM strategy.
- Support the annual planning process including data modeling, headcount planning, and territory alignment.
- Assist with the creation of playbooks and strategic frameworks for new product launches and go-to-market motions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to gather inputs and validate planning assumptions.
- Help drive strategic initiatives and OKR tracking across the GTM Strategy team
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills with a working knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
- Passion for learning GTM strategy in a high-growth SaaS company.
