We’re looking for a Salesforce Lead/Architect for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, with a solid understanding of AI applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. This position requires a collaborative individual who can design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions while leveraging AI to enhance functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
• Leverage Community Cloud functionality to create and enhance employer/employee portals and customer-facing communities
• Implement AI features and functionalities within Salesforce, utilizing tools such as Einstein and other AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and AI advancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Utilize Certinia for PSA (nice to have but not required).

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community Cloud/Experience Cloud development
• Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for community customization
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly Salesforce Einstein.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Community Cloud Consultant)
• Salesforce Certified Architect (Application Architect or System Architect preferred).
• AI-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Einstein Analytics, AI Fundamentals) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Certinia PSA solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
