This role involves working under the supervision of a Construction Manager to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions at contaminated soil sites near Neihart, Montana.
The job requires constructing haul roads and installing bridges, expanding and capping on-site repositories, excavating and hauling contaminated materials from streams and properties, and backfilling/restoring affected areas.
The current schedule is Monday-Friday, 8.5 hours per day, with possible changes based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Climb ladders, dig holes and trenches, clean up construction debris, load and unload construction materials from trucks manually or using lifting equipment.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth, hand dig around foundations and utilities, pour concrete, lay asphalt, handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools, removing and disposing of debris and waste materials properly.
- Observe and comply with all safety and project rules, wearing required personal safety equipment.
