Job Overview
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be required to operate heavy equipment such as: Bulldozers, Skid-Steers, Mini- Excavators, Large Excavators, Frontend Loaders, Rollers, Man-lifts, Farm Tractors with attachments, and Motor Graders with or without joysticks. The Operator will be expected to use equipment to excavate, load, move dirt, gravel, or other materials to construct earth berms, building pads, install culvert pipe, erosion repair, and areas for paving with asphalt or concrete.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Daily time entry
- Daily operation of heavy equipment
- Read and interpret grade/slope stakes and simple plans.
- Ensure equipment is in the best working condition by conducting daily inspections, equipment greasing, minor repairs, and cleaning equipment daily.
- Other job duties as assigned
- Must have 3-5 years of Heavy Equipment Operator experience
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid State Driver's License
- Class B CDL
- Meet requirements for: pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and MVR check (MVR points are subject to company policy)
- Additional skills preferred with general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, familiar with power tools, and gas-powered chainsaws.
