What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Specialist position at APTIM?
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented inventory Specialist to join an existing Program team in Louisiana to support Hurricane Ida Disaster response efforts. The Inventory Specialist will provide support and controls to aid in communication to disaster survivors to aid in participation in disaster assistance. This is a temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory controls to track and log all sheltering units and equipment.
- Will be operating a forklift, skidsteer and handling of equipment operator
- Moving trailers in the yard
- Reviews and ensures compliance with law, regulation, policy and guidance at federal, state, local and other applicable levels
- May serve as a technical liaison on behalf of assigned organizations
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Experienced in Equipment Operator, Skidsteer and Forlift
- Strong analytical skills
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Accountability and problem resolution
- 2 years of experience
- Must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a changing work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
