How You'll Make an Impact
Aptima is excited to bring on a part time intern to assist on high priority projects and work within our Training, learning, and Readiness Division. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly interdisciplinary team on a variety of tasking, including the following:
- Assist in search for and review peer-reviewed scientific literature.
- Assist senior researchers to perform data analysis and reporting using standard commercial tools such as Python, R, SPSS, or SAS.
- Develop draft content for technical analyses, written reports, presentations, and papers related to applicable areas of science and technology.
- Apply written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members using email, phone, and virtual meeting technology.
- Participate in a timely, productive, and collegial manner on a multidisciplinary project team.
- Training and/or relevant coursework in research methods and statistics.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Completed B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, human factors, data science, or other related fields
- Currently enrolled and completed at least one year of coursework in an accredited graduate program work toward a Master or Doctoral degree.
