We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Aptimized. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform key business decisions.
- Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Process Modeling:
- Create process maps and flowcharts using tools like BPMN or Visio.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment of project requirements with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years in business analysis or similar roles.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with databases, SQL, or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Problem-Solving: A creative and critical approach to solving business challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
