Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) BEAS Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a BEAS Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Business One, focusing on the BEAS Manufacturing module. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, configure SAP B1 to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support to optimize system performance and business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation & Configuration :
- Implement and configure SAP Business One (B1) with a focus on the BEAS Manufacturing module.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Customize the SAP B1 system to align with business processes and improve manufacturing operations.
- Consultation & Support :
- Provide expert guidance on BEAS Manufacturing processes such as production planning, work orders, material management, and shop floor control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors related to SAP B1 and BEAS.
- Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation for end-users.
- System Integration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Configure data migration and ensure smooth integration of external tools and software.
- System Optimization :
- Monitor system performance and propose recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and version control, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Project Management :
- Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and effective coordination between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Conduct system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to ensure the solution is working as intended.
- Provide feedback and solutions to improve overall system efficiency.
