We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and analytical skills to gather, analyze, and document requirements while ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
- Understanding of Mobile apps and Strong BA required.
- Process Analysis : Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
- Solution Design : Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Technical Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Testing and Validation : Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
