We are seeking a Martech Solution Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Marketing Technology (Martech) solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), CRM integrations, and API development to support marketing automation and personalization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Martech solutions integrating various platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics), Salesforce, CDPs, and marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and optimize APIs and integrations between Martech platforms and backend systems.
Ensure data flows seamlessly between CRM, CDP, personalization engines, and analytics tools.
Implement real-time data tracking, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Support multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web, email, mobile, and social media integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years in Martech solution engineering, software development, or marketing technology integrations.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign).
Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Adobe Real-Time CDP, Segment, or Tealium.
Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and microservices architecture.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for Martech implementations.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with data analytics, audience segmentation, and A/B testing tools.
Understanding of SEO, tagging, and tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Launch.
Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:
