Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of AEP Data Model, XDM schemas, and data ingestion techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, Python, or other relevant scripting languages for data processing and transformation.
- Experience with APIs, data connectors, and ETL pipelines for integrating AEP with external platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and customer data.
- Knowledge of data governance, identity resolution, and privacy compliance within AEP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and data lake solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Platform certification.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
- Background in MarTech, digital marketing, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
