Job Details

basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for department users.
technical assistance and maintenance duties
computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking support experience.
Maintains and updates record keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions
communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC and/or mainframe applications and systems.
analyze and resolve basic computer problems
- Knowledge of Windows10, Windows11 and Macintosh Operating system
- Knowledge of OS troubleshooting including system backup and restore.
- End-User Devices setup (Desktop / Laptop / Mobile Phone / Desk Phones)
- Knowledge of MS O365 apps (Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive).
- SCCM software distribution platform as it pertains to policy, software, and patch distribution methodologies in an enterprise environment
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 product family
Windows 7 , Windows 10 , Mac OS, Mobile OS systems, Splunk (monitoring tool) , SysTrack,
miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
