Job Details
Supports and maintains POS system computers (servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops and tablets).
Supports and maintains POS related devices, like POS printers, scanners and credit card readers. Install, configure, support, and administer food and beverage management software products, with a focus on Oracle Simphony, RES 3700, and 9700.
hands-on delivery of POS releases and hotfixes
Quick-Service-Restaurant (QSR)- POS testing experience
Supports and maintains cell phones and smart phones.
Provide technical support for Point of Sale (POS) and Mobile POS automation and integration.
Supports and maintains all PBX telephone equipment and handsets.
Supports and maintains all scanning equipment, including handheld scanners and wireless access points.
