Job Description:
Provide help with fixing desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Reinstall or set up devices and software when needed
- Solve problems with Windows OS, hardware, and business applications
- Work with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
- Log issues and solutions in the IT service management system (like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience in basic IT support (L1/L2)
- Good at troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS problems
- Experience working in a large company IT environment/Enterprise level.
