We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and support adults in achieving their goals, maintaining their independence, and enjoying meaningful lives in their homes and communities.
About the Role
As a DSP in residential support, you will work closely with a small group of individuals in a consistent, person-centered environment. Your role is to promote autonomy, respect, and quality of life—through everyday support and authentic connection.
Responsibilities include:

Supporting people in daily routines such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders
- Encouraging and assisting with personal goals, hobbies, and interests
- Creating opportunities for meaningful community involvement and relationships
- Helping maintain a comfortable, safe, and respectful home
- Providing transportation to appointments, social events, or errands
- Being a consistent, reliable support who empowers others to lead the lives they want
Current Part-Time Openings and Compensation
Pay: $16.75/hour
Additional $1.50/hour for weekend shifts
We have the following shifts available (approximately 25–29 hours per week):

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Rotating weekend availability required (shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:

Passionate about supporting people with disabilities in living full and self-directed lives
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to respectful support
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a caregiver background check and TB test (provided by Aptiv)
- In possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Comfortable with physical activity including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Experience is welcome, but not required—we provide comprehensive, paid training to prepare you for success in this role.
