Technician Apprentice

TECHNICIAN Apprentice - Ohio

We are seeking motivated individuals who have a passion for technology for our Apprenticeship program. A college degree is not a requirement for this program. Individuals in the Technician path will get hands-on training, where they will learn the skills to support our groups with tasks such as fabrication, assembly, and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Support technical tasks such as: making wire harnesses, doing mechanical assembly and rework, setting up feature testing, and assisting engineers with setting up equipment and parts for testing.
• Support tasks in the Additive Manufacturing and CT Scanning labs
• Assist with compounding new resins and molding sample parts for testing
• Support operational tasks such as manufacture prototype parts for customers and validation testing
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

• High school diploma
• Availability to work on site in Champion, OH 40 hours per week
• Availability for target start date of apprentice cycle in September or October 2023
• High energy with interest and dedication to learn technical skillsets
• Passion and interest in career in STEM
