Manager – Strategic Tax Planning. Boston, MA. Manage portfolio of integrated tax planning projects throughout Americas region focused on strategic value. Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, treasury, IT, strategy, supply chain, and business development. Provide technical expertise in M&A and int’l tax to identify operational and reporting challenges in global tax structures. Work closely with tax, finance, and operational team members to develop and implement project goals and achieve financial success on projects. Participate in organizational relevancy in business and financial environments to raise revenue under new regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements, and provide strategies in M&A activities.
Requires a Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, or Accounting and at least four years of experience in international taxes, including preparing or reviewing international tax returns, tax research and compliance for international taxation, tax rate analysis and improvement of efficiencies of cross-border flows, and assessing international tax impacts of company operations in multiple jurisdictions.
