Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving brand awareness and generating leads through various online channels. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
· Create content that is tailored to the preference of the audience
· Assist in coordinating content and ensuring timely delivery of messaging across multiple platforms
· Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging content
· Edit photos and videos, create graphics, and optimize content for use across digital platforms
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
· Manage and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead generation
· Maintain content management systems, ensuring all digital content is up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging
· Develop, oversee, and manage Google pay-per-click and other digital marketing campaigns.
· Design and produce high-quality marketing assets which may include but not be limited to retouching product photos, web banners, email design, and social media posts.
· Work closely with other departments to align digital marketing strategies with organizational goals
· Provide support for Digital Content Director for developing collateral, branding, developing digital marketing assets and campaigns, video content, podcasts, and other tasks.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in digital marketing or related field
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
· Experience in pay-per-click campaigns
· Strong understanding of marketing concepts and marketing analytics
· Experience with graphic design tools is a plus for creating compelling visual content
· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Squarespace
· Experience with social media platforms, branding, creating, and managing campaigns.
· Outstanding customer service relations and excellent communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
