Must have certificate CST from NBSTSA
AHA BLS required
Need Level 1 Trauma experience
Call requirement: Will take call at least two days of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need
OT Days each week
No First Time Travelers
Start: 3 weeks after signed contract
Shift: 4x10 Days
Locals accepted: YES at reduced bill rate if under 100 miles to facility
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Prisma Health’s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
