Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced S/4 Hana Finance/SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production system, enhancing, and maintaining SAP FICO functionalities for our clients, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with financial and controlling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO modules (FI/CO) within the AMS project framework.
· Work on issue resolution, day-to-day maintenance, and minor enhancements for SAP FICO modules.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions in SAP FICO.
· Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of financial transactions, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively.
· Manage and configure SAP FICO modules, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
· Perform system testing, provide support during integration, and ensure quality standards are met.
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure smooth and timely reporting.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
· Provide training to end-users and guide them through SAP FICO processes.
· Stay up to date with SAP FICO updates and new features to help optimize business processes.
· Coordinate with the technical and functional teams to ensure system performance and data integrity.
Key Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of financial and controlling processes, SAP best practices, and integration points between modules.
· Experience in supporting SAP FICO configurations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
· Ability to analyze business processes and design SAP solutions that meet client requirements.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· SAP Certification in FICO (optional but preferred).
· Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or PS is preferred.
· Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba, Concur.
· Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
