We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and friendly Sales Operations Administrative Coordinator to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time position located in office at our Provo, UT location. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.
Compensation: $50k-$55k depending on experience

Responsibilities include:
Assist with managing
Assist with Travel and Housing
Using Google Sheets and Slides to create professional documents and presentations
Assisting with administrative tasks to keep projects and daily operations running smoothly
Helping coordinate company events, meetings, and trainings
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills:
Project management experience
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, which includes deadlines
Ability to learn and work with proprietary software
Great organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Suite
Excellent people skills
Expense reporting
