This is a full-time Junior Graphic Deisgner position located in Provo, Utah. This role will work closely with our creative team to design a range of materials for digital and print. They will contribute to various projects, including email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and web design.The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.Responsibilities : Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and promotional materials.Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.Design marketing assets that align with current campaigns and company objectives.Work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant.Lean in on generating and reviewing AI copy for various marketing channels.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (Recommended but not required)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics software is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.Excellent understanding of design principles.Ability to take direction and constructive feedback while bringing creative ideas to the table.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (Recommended but not required)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics software is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.Excellent understanding of design principles.Ability to take direction and constructive feedback while bringing creative ideas to the table.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Aptive Environmental : Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
