We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Technology team. The Service Desk Intern will provide first-line technical support to end-users experiencing IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. This Intern will also assist in resolving help desk tickets efficiently and escalate more complex issues to higher-level technicians.
Pay: $15/hour
Duration: 4 months (April - August), full-time with 40 hours per week expected
Location: Remote or hybrid in our Provo, UT office
Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities Include
- Respond to help desk tickets via email, phone, and online portals
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with setting up new employee workstations and basic IT configurations
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT hardware and peripheral issues (printers, routers, etc)
- Ability to follow standard procedures and provide clear technical instructions to non-technical users
- Ability to analyze simple IT problems and provide clear resolutions.
- Effective communication skills to guide users through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks
