Primary Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development :
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to project requirements.
- Implement machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing (NLP) methods.
- Enhance existing AI systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Data Processing & Management :
- Analyze large datasets, preprocess data, and extract meaningful insights to train robust models.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI/ML workflows.
- Collaboration & Prototyping :
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and requirements.
- Rapidly prototype and test solutions to address business challenges and client needs.
- Research & Innovation :
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Research novel AI techniques to solve complex problems.
- Performance Monitoring & Maintenance :
- Continuously monitor model performance in production, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Implement self-correction techniques and retrain models with new datasets to prevent performance degradation.
- Documentation & Reporting :
- Document AI models, processes, and architecture for internal teams and clients.
- Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Education :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
- Familiarity with NLP tools, LLM models, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data handling.
- Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Experience working on AI-driven projects for federal agencies or large enterprises (preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare or defense-related AI projects (e.g., ARPA-H initiatives) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
